How To Uninstall libxio0-dbg On Debian 9

To uninstall libxio0-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libxio0-dbg

IO, Message, and RPC Acceleration Library (debugging symbols)Debian 9.0debug1.7-2
sudo apt-get remove libxio0-dbg

This will remove just the libxio0-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libxio0-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libxio0-dbg

This will remove the libxio0-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libxio0-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libxio0-dbg

Or similarly, like this libxio0-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libxio0-dbg
