How To Uninstall m17n-db On Debian 9

To uninstall m17n-db just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just m17n-db

multilingual text processing library - databaseDebian 9.0utils1.7.0-2
sudo apt-get remove m17n-db

This will remove just the m17n-db package itself.

Uninstall m17n-db and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove m17n-db

This will remove the m17n-db package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for m17n-db then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge m17n-db

Or similarly, like this m17n-db

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove m17n-db
