How To Uninstall mail-notification-evolution On Debian 9

To uninstall mail-notification-evolution just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mail-notification-evolution

evolution support for mail notificationDebian 9.0gnome5.4.dfsg.1-14+b5
sudo apt-get remove mail-notification-evolution

This will remove just the mail-notification-evolution package itself.

Uninstall mail-notification-evolution and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mail-notification-evolution

This will remove the mail-notification-evolution package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mail-notification-evolution then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mail-notification-evolution

Or similarly, like this mail-notification-evolution

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mail-notification-evolution
