How To Uninstall man2html-base On Debian 9

To uninstall man2html-base just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just man2html-base

convert man pages into HTML formatDebian 9.0doc1.6g-9
sudo apt-get remove man2html-base

This will remove just the man2html-base package itself.

Uninstall man2html-base and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove man2html-base

This will remove the man2html-base package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for man2html-base then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge man2html-base

Or similarly, like this man2html-base

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove man2html-base
