How To Uninstall mdf2iso On Debian 9

To uninstall mdf2iso just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mdf2iso

simple utility to convert mdf to iso / cue / toc imagesDebian 9.0otherosfs0.3.1-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove mdf2iso

This will remove just the mdf2iso package itself.

Uninstall mdf2iso and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mdf2iso

This will remove the mdf2iso package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mdf2iso then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mdf2iso

Or similarly, like this mdf2iso

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mdf2iso
