How To Uninstall menulibre On Debian 9

To uninstall menulibre just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just menulibre

advanced FreeDesktop.org compliant menu editorDebian 9.0admin2.0.7-1.1
sudo apt-get remove menulibre

This will remove just the menulibre package itself.

Uninstall menulibre and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove menulibre

This will remove the menulibre package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for menulibre then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge menulibre

Or similarly, like this menulibre

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove menulibre
