How To Uninstall micro-httpd On Debian 9

To uninstall micro-httpd just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just micro-httpd

really small HTTP serverDebian 9.0httpd20051212-15.1
sudo apt-get remove micro-httpd

This will remove just the micro-httpd package itself.

Uninstall micro-httpd and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove micro-httpd

This will remove the micro-httpd package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for micro-httpd then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge micro-httpd

Or similarly, like this micro-httpd

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove micro-httpd
