How To Uninstall midicsv On Debian 9

To uninstall midicsv just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just midicsv

translate MIDI file to CSVDebian 9.0sound1.1+dfsg.1-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove midicsv

This will remove just the midicsv package itself.

Uninstall midicsv and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove midicsv

This will remove the midicsv package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for midicsv then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge midicsv

Or similarly, like this midicsv

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove midicsv
