How To Uninstall mocassin-data On Debian 9

To uninstall mocassin-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mocassin-data

atomic and optical data for the photoionisation code MOCASSINDebian 9.0science2.02.72-2
sudo apt-get remove mocassin-data

This will remove just the mocassin-data package itself.

Uninstall mocassin-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mocassin-data

This will remove the mocassin-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mocassin-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mocassin-data

Or similarly, like this mocassin-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mocassin-data
