How To Uninstall modemmanager-qt-dev On Debian 9

To uninstall modemmanager-qt-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just modemmanager-qt-dev

Qt wrapper for ModemManager - devel filesDebian 9.0libdevel5.28.0-1
sudo apt-get remove modemmanager-qt-dev

This will remove just the modemmanager-qt-dev package itself.

Uninstall modemmanager-qt-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove modemmanager-qt-dev

This will remove the modemmanager-qt-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for modemmanager-qt-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge modemmanager-qt-dev

Or similarly, like this modemmanager-qt-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove modemmanager-qt-dev
