How To Uninstall mooproxy On Debian 9

To uninstall mooproxy just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mooproxy

A buffering proxy for MOO connectionsDebian 9.0net1.0.0-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove mooproxy

This will remove just the mooproxy package itself.

Uninstall mooproxy and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mooproxy

This will remove the mooproxy package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mooproxy then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mooproxy

Or similarly, like this mooproxy

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mooproxy
