How To Uninstall mrtparse On Debian 9

To uninstall mrtparse just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mrtparse

read and analyze the MRT format data (utilities)Debian 9.0python1.5-1
sudo apt-get remove mrtparse

This will remove just the mrtparse package itself.

Uninstall mrtparse and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mrtparse

This will remove the mrtparse package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mrtparse then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mrtparse

Or similarly, like this mrtparse

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mrtparse
