How To Uninstall myspell-de-ch On Debian 9

To uninstall myspell-de-ch just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just myspell-de-ch

Swiss (German) dictionary for myspellDebian 9.0text20161207-1
sudo apt-get remove myspell-de-ch

This will remove just the myspell-de-ch package itself.

Uninstall myspell-de-ch and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myspell-de-ch

This will remove the myspell-de-ch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for myspell-de-ch then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myspell-de-ch

Or similarly, like this myspell-de-ch

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove myspell-de-ch
