How To Uninstall myspell-en-au On Debian 9

To uninstall myspell-en-au just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just myspell-en-au

English_australian dictionary for myspellDebian 9.0text2.1-5.4
sudo apt-get remove myspell-en-au

This will remove just the myspell-en-au package itself.

Uninstall myspell-en-au and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myspell-en-au

This will remove the myspell-en-au package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for myspell-en-au then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myspell-en-au
