How To Uninstall myspell-tl On Debian 9

To uninstall myspell-tl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just myspell-tl

Tagalog dictionary for myspell/hunspellDebian 9.0text0.4-0-17
sudo apt-get remove myspell-tl

This will remove just the myspell-tl package itself.

Uninstall myspell-tl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myspell-tl

This will remove the myspell-tl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for myspell-tl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myspell-tl

Or similarly, like this myspell-tl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove myspell-tl
