How To Uninstall oar-server-mysql On Debian 9

To uninstall oar-server-mysql just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just oar-server-mysql

linuxOAR batch scheduler MySQL server backend packagescience2.5.7-3
sudo apt-get remove oar-server-mysql

This will remove just the oar-server-mysql package itself.

Uninstall oar-server-mysql and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove oar-server-mysql

This will remove the oar-server-mysql package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for oar-server-mysql then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge oar-server-mysql

Or similarly, like this oar-server-mysql

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove oar-server-mysql
