How To Uninstall oar-user-pgsql On Debian 9

To uninstall oar-user-pgsql just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just oar-user-pgsql

linuxOAR batch scheduler PostgreSQL user backend packagescience2.5.7-3
sudo apt-get remove oar-user-pgsql

This will remove just the oar-user-pgsql package itself.

Uninstall oar-user-pgsql and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove oar-user-pgsql

This will remove the oar-user-pgsql package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for oar-user-pgsql then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge oar-user-pgsql

Or similarly, like this oar-user-pgsql

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove oar-user-pgsql
