How To Uninstall ocaml-compiler-libs On Debian 9

To uninstall ocaml-compiler-libs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ocaml-compiler-libs

linuxOCaml interpreter and standard librariesocaml4.02.3-9
sudo apt-get remove ocaml-compiler-libs

This will remove just the ocaml-compiler-libs package itself.

Uninstall ocaml-compiler-libs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ocaml-compiler-libs

This will remove the ocaml-compiler-libs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ocaml-compiler-libs then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ocaml-compiler-libs

Or similarly, like this ocaml-compiler-libs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ocaml-compiler-libs
