How To Uninstall ocl-icd-dev On Debian 9

To uninstall ocl-icd-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ocl-icd-dev

linuxDevelopment files to build a ICD Loaderlibdevel2.2.11-1
sudo apt-get remove ocl-icd-dev

This will remove just the ocl-icd-dev package itself.

Uninstall ocl-icd-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ocl-icd-dev

This will remove the ocl-icd-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ocl-icd-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ocl-icd-dev

Or similarly, like this ocl-icd-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ocl-icd-dev
