How To Uninstall oneko On Debian 9

To uninstall oneko just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just oneko

linuxcat chases the cursor (now a mouse) around the screengames1.2.sakura.6-12
sudo apt-get remove oneko

This will remove just the oneko package itself.

Uninstall oneko and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove oneko

This will remove the oneko package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for oneko then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge oneko

Or similarly, like this oneko

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove oneko
