How To Uninstall opalmod On Debian 9

To uninstall opalmod just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just opalmod

A set of Perl modules for various tasksDebian 9.0devel0.2.2
sudo apt-get remove opalmod

This will remove just the opalmod package itself.

Uninstall opalmod and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove opalmod

This will remove the opalmod package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for opalmod then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge opalmod

Or similarly, like this opalmod

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove opalmod
