How To Uninstall open-coarrays-bin On Debian 9

To uninstall open-coarrays-bin just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just open-coarrays-bin

linuxExecutables for running Co-Array Fortran programsutils1.7.4-4
sudo apt-get remove open-coarrays-bin

This will remove just the open-coarrays-bin package itself.

Uninstall open-coarrays-bin and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove open-coarrays-bin

This will remove the open-coarrays-bin package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for open-coarrays-bin then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge open-coarrays-bin

Or similarly, like this open-coarrays-bin

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove open-coarrays-bin
