How To Uninstall openhpi-plugin-slave On Debian 9

To uninstall openhpi-plugin-slave just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just openhpi-plugin-slave

linuxOpenHPI plugin module for slave pluginlibs3.6.1-2.2
sudo apt-get remove openhpi-plugin-slave

This will remove just the openhpi-plugin-slave package itself.

Uninstall openhpi-plugin-slave and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openhpi-plugin-slave

This will remove the openhpi-plugin-slave package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for openhpi-plugin-slave then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge openhpi-plugin-slave

Or similarly, like this openhpi-plugin-slave

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openhpi-plugin-slave
