How To Uninstall opensips-memcached-module On Debian 9

To uninstall opensips-memcached-module just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just opensips-memcached-module

linuxInterface module to interact with a memcached servernet2.2.2-3
sudo apt-get remove opensips-memcached-module

This will remove just the opensips-memcached-module package itself.

Uninstall opensips-memcached-module and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove opensips-memcached-module

This will remove the opensips-memcached-module package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for opensips-memcached-module then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge opensips-memcached-module

Or similarly, like this opensips-memcached-module

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove opensips-memcached-module
