How To Uninstall openstack-debian-images On Debian 9

To uninstall openstack-debian-images just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just openstack-debian-images

script to build a Debian image for OpenStackDebian 9.0web1.19
sudo apt-get remove openstack-debian-images

This will remove just the openstack-debian-images package itself.

Uninstall openstack-debian-images and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openstack-debian-images

This will remove the openstack-debian-images package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for openstack-debian-images then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge openstack-debian-images

Or similarly, like this openstack-debian-images

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openstack-debian-images
