How To Uninstall openvpn-auth-ldap On Debian 9

To uninstall openvpn-auth-ldap just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just openvpn-auth-ldap

linuxOpenVPN LDAP authentication modulenet2.0.3-6.1
sudo apt-get remove openvpn-auth-ldap

This will remove just the openvpn-auth-ldap package itself.

Uninstall openvpn-auth-ldap and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openvpn-auth-ldap

This will remove the openvpn-auth-ldap package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for openvpn-auth-ldap then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge openvpn-auth-ldap

Or similarly, like this openvpn-auth-ldap

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openvpn-auth-ldap
