How To Uninstall owncloud-client-cmd On Debian 9

To uninstall owncloud-client-cmd just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just owncloud-client-cmd

folder synchronization with an ownCloud server - cmd clientDebian 9.0net2.2.4+dfsg-2
sudo apt-get remove owncloud-client-cmd

This will remove just the owncloud-client-cmd package itself.

Uninstall owncloud-client-cmd and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove owncloud-client-cmd

This will remove the owncloud-client-cmd package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for owncloud-client-cmd then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge owncloud-client-cmd

Or similarly, like this owncloud-client-cmd

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove owncloud-client-cmd
