How To Uninstall pilot On Debian 9

To uninstall pilot just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just pilot

Simple file browser from Alpine, a text-based email clientDebian 9.0utils2.20+dfsg1-7
sudo apt-get remove pilot

This will remove just the pilot package itself.

Uninstall pilot and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove pilot

This will remove the pilot package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for pilot then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge pilot

Or similarly, like this pilot

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove pilot
