How To Uninstall pypy-appdirs On Debian 9

To uninstall pypy-appdirs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just pypy-appdirs

determining appropriate platform-specific directories (PyPy)Debian 9.0python1.4.0-3
sudo apt-get remove pypy-appdirs

This will remove just the pypy-appdirs package itself.

Uninstall pypy-appdirs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove pypy-appdirs

This will remove the pypy-appdirs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for pypy-appdirs then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge pypy-appdirs

Or similarly, like this pypy-appdirs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove pypy-appdirs
