How To Uninstall python-antlr On Debian 9

To uninstall python-antlr just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-antlr

language tool for constructing recognizers, compilers etcDebian 9.0python2.7.7+dfsg-7
sudo apt-get remove python-antlr

This will remove just the python-antlr package itself.

Uninstall python-antlr and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-antlr

This will remove the python-antlr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-antlr then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-antlr

Or similarly, like this python-antlr

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-antlr
