How To Uninstall python-apipkg On Debian 9

To uninstall python-apipkg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-apipkg

namespace control and lazy-import mechanism for PythonDebian 9.0python1.4-1
sudo apt-get remove python-apipkg

This will remove just the python-apipkg package itself.

Uninstall python-apipkg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-apipkg

This will remove the python-apipkg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-apipkg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-apipkg

Or similarly, like this python-apipkg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-apipkg
