How To Uninstall python-beanstalkc On Debian 9

To uninstall python-beanstalkc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-beanstalkc

simple beanstalkd client library for PythonDebian 9.0python0.4.0-1
sudo apt-get remove python-beanstalkc

This will remove just the python-beanstalkc package itself.

Uninstall python-beanstalkc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-beanstalkc

This will remove the python-beanstalkc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-beanstalkc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-beanstalkc

Or similarly, like this python-beanstalkc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-beanstalkc
