How To Uninstall python-ccdproc On Debian 9

To uninstall python-ccdproc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-ccdproc

Basic data reductions of astronomy CCD images (Python 2)Debian 9.0python1.2.0-1
sudo apt-get remove python-ccdproc

This will remove just the python-ccdproc package itself.

Uninstall python-ccdproc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-ccdproc

This will remove the python-ccdproc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-ccdproc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-ccdproc

Or similarly, like this python-ccdproc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-ccdproc
