How To Uninstall python-cpopen On Debian 9

To uninstall python-cpopen just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-cpopen

C reimplementation of the tricky bits of Python's PopenDebian 9.0python1.4-1
sudo apt-get remove python-cpopen

This will remove just the python-cpopen package itself.

Uninstall python-cpopen and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-cpopen

This will remove the python-cpopen package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-cpopen then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-cpopen

Or similarly, like this python-cpopen

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-cpopen
