How To Uninstall python-dcmstack On Debian 9

To uninstall python-dcmstack just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-dcmstack

DICOM to Nifti conversionDebian 9.0python0.6.2+git33-gb43919a.1-1
sudo apt-get remove python-dcmstack

This will remove just the python-dcmstack package itself.

Uninstall python-dcmstack and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-dcmstack

This will remove the python-dcmstack package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-dcmstack then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-dcmstack

Or similarly, like this python-dcmstack

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-dcmstack
