How To Uninstall python3-binaryornot On Debian 9

To uninstall python3-binaryornot just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python3-binaryornot

check if a file is binary or text (Python 3 module)Debian 9.0python0.4.0+dfsg-0.1
sudo apt-get remove python3-binaryornot

This will remove just the python3-binaryornot package itself.

Uninstall python3-binaryornot and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python3-binaryornot

This will remove the python3-binaryornot package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python3-binaryornot then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python3-binaryornot

Or similarly, like this python3-binaryornot

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python3-binaryornot
