To uninstall r-bioc-genefilter just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r-bioc-genefilter

sudo apt-get remove r-bioc-genefilter

This will remove just the r-bioc-genefilter package itself.

Uninstall r-bioc-genefilter and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-bioc-genefilter

This will remove the r-bioc-genefilter package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-bioc-genefilter then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-bioc-genefilter
