How To Uninstall r-cran-readmzxmldata On Debian 9

To uninstall r-cran-readmzxmldata just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r-cran-readmzxmldata

GNU R package to read mass spectrometry data in mzXML formatDebian 9.0gnu-r2.8.1-1
sudo apt-get remove r-cran-readmzxmldata

This will remove just the r-cran-readmzxmldata package itself.

Uninstall r-cran-readmzxmldata and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-readmzxmldata

This will remove the r-cran-readmzxmldata package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-readmzxmldata then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-readmzxmldata

Or similarly, like this r-cran-readmzxmldata
