How To Uninstall r-cran-tgp On Debian 9

To uninstall r-cran-tgp just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r-cran-tgp

GNU R package "tgpDebian 9.0gnu-r2.4-14-2
sudo apt-get remove r-cran-tgp

This will remove just the r-cran-tgp package itself.

Uninstall r-cran-tgp and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-tgp

This will remove the r-cran-tgp package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-tgp then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-tgp

Or similarly, like this r-cran-tgp

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-cran-tgp
