How To Uninstall r10k On Debian 9

To uninstall r10k just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r10k

Puppet environment and module deploymentDebian 9.0admin2.5.0-1
sudo apt-get remove r10k

This will remove just the r10k package itself.

Uninstall r10k and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r10k

This will remove the r10k package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for r10k then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r10k

Or similarly, like this r10k

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r10k
