How To Uninstall rawdns On Debian 9

To uninstall rawdns just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rawdns

raw DNS interface to the Docker APIDebian 9.0net1.6~ds1-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove rawdns

This will remove just the rawdns package itself.

Uninstall rawdns and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rawdns

This will remove the rawdns package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rawdns then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rawdns

Or similarly, like this rawdns

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rawdns
