To uninstall redmine-plugin-pretend just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just redmine-plugin-pretend

Redmine plugin to allow admins to log-in as usersDebian 9.0web0.0.2+git20130821-4
sudo apt-get remove redmine-plugin-pretend

This will remove just the redmine-plugin-pretend package itself.

Uninstall redmine-plugin-pretend and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove redmine-plugin-pretend

This will remove the redmine-plugin-pretend package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for redmine-plugin-pretend then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge redmine-plugin-pretend

Or similarly, like this redmine-plugin-pretend

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove redmine-plugin-pretend
