How To Uninstall rep On Debian 9

To uninstall rep just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rep

lisp command interpreterDebian 9.0lisp0.92.5-3+b1
sudo apt-get remove rep

This will remove just the rep package itself.

Uninstall rep and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rep

This will remove the rep package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rep then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rep

Or similarly, like this rep

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rep
