How To Uninstall repmgr-dbg On Debian 9

To uninstall repmgr-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just repmgr-dbg

transitional dummy packageDebian 9.0debug3.3.1-1
sudo apt-get remove repmgr-dbg

This will remove just the repmgr-dbg package itself.

Uninstall repmgr-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove repmgr-dbg

This will remove the repmgr-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for repmgr-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge repmgr-dbg

Or similarly, like this repmgr-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove repmgr-dbg
