How To Uninstall reportbug-ng On Debian 9

To uninstall reportbug-ng just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just reportbug-ng

Easy to use alternative to Debian's classic reportbugDebian 9.0utils2.1
sudo apt-get remove reportbug-ng

This will remove just the reportbug-ng package itself.

Uninstall reportbug-ng and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove reportbug-ng

This will remove the reportbug-ng package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for reportbug-ng then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge reportbug-ng

Or similarly, like this reportbug-ng

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove reportbug-ng
