How To Uninstall rhn-client-tools On Debian 9

To uninstall rhn-client-tools just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rhn-client-tools

Red Hat Network Client ToolsDebian 9.0python2.3.5-1
sudo apt-get remove rhn-client-tools

This will remove just the rhn-client-tools package itself.

Uninstall rhn-client-tools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rhn-client-tools

This will remove the rhn-client-tools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rhn-client-tools then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rhn-client-tools

Or similarly, like this rhn-client-tools

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rhn-client-tools
