How To Uninstall ripe-atlas-tools On Debian 9

To uninstall ripe-atlas-tools just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ripe-atlas-tools

command-line interface for RIPE AtlasDebian 9.0net2.0.2-1
sudo apt-get remove ripe-atlas-tools

This will remove just the ripe-atlas-tools package itself.

Uninstall ripe-atlas-tools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ripe-atlas-tools

This will remove the ripe-atlas-tools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ripe-atlas-tools then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ripe-atlas-tools

Or similarly, like this ripe-atlas-tools

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ripe-atlas-tools
