How To Uninstall rman On Debian 9

To uninstall rman just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rman

PolyglotMan - Reverse compile man pagesDebian 9.0text3.2-7+b1
sudo apt-get remove rman

This will remove just the rman package itself.

Uninstall rman and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rman

This will remove the rman package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rman then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rman

Or similarly, like this rman

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rman
