How To Uninstall rplay-client On Debian 9

To uninstall rplay-client just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rplay-client

rplay network audio system - basic clientsDebian 9.0sound3.3.2-16+b2
sudo apt-get remove rplay-client

This will remove just the rplay-client package itself.

Uninstall rplay-client and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rplay-client

This will remove the rplay-client package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rplay-client then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rplay-client

Or similarly, like this rplay-client

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rplay-client
