How To Uninstall rs On Debian 9

To uninstall rs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rs

reshape a data arrayDebian 9.0utils20140609-4
sudo apt-get remove rs

This will remove just the rs package itself.

Uninstall rs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rs

This will remove the rs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rs then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rs

Or similarly, like this rs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rs
